Urban Ark is available for bookings from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. All music must be off and clean-up completed by 7:00 PM to respect the tranquil nature of our agricultural holding. We do not currently host events that run late into the evening.

In line with our “blank canvas” philosophy, clients are required to hire their own portable luxury toilets. This gives you full control over the style and number of facilities to best suit your event and guest needs. We can recommend trusted local suppliers who are familiar with our venue for a seamless experience.

Urban Ark does not have Wi-Fi access. We encourage guests to disconnect from the digital world and connect with each other, fully immersing themselves in the beautiful surroundings and the special occasion.

Hiring a marquee or tent is the best way to ensure your event can proceed comfortably, rain or shine. While we can’t control the weather, we can help you prepare for it.

From catering and decor to entertainment and photography, you can assemble your own dream team. We simply ask that all vendors are professionally insured and provided to us ahead of time.

Our booking process is simple and straightforward:
