Frequently Asked Questions

To maintain an intimate and comfortable atmosphere, we can accommodate events with a maximum of 30 guests. This ensures the space never feels crowded and preserves the exclusive, private feel of the venue. Should numbers need to be increased, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Urban Ark is available for bookings from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. All music must be off and clean-up completed by 7:00 PM to respect the tranquil nature of our agricultural holding. We do not currently host events that run late into the evening.

In line with our “blank canvas” philosophy, clients are required to hire their own portable luxury toilets. This gives you full control over the style and number of facilities to best suit your event and guest needs. We can recommend trusted local suppliers who are familiar with our venue for a seamless experience.

Urban Ark does not have Wi-Fi access. We encourage guests to disconnect from the digital world and connect with each other, fully immersing themselves in the beautiful surroundings and the special occasion.

Urban Ark is a fully outdoor venue, which is part of its natural charm. We strongly advise all clients to have a weather contingency plan. Hiring a marquee or tent is the best way to ensure your event can proceed comfortably, rain or shine. While we can’t control the weather, we can help you prepare for it.

Absolutely! We encourage it. The “We give the space for your vision” philosophy means you have the freedom to work with your preferred, trusted vendors. From catering and decor to entertainment and photography, you can assemble your own dream team. We simply ask that all vendors are professionally insured and provided to us ahead of time.

Yes, we provide secure, on-site parking for you and your guests within our property. You can rest assured that everyone will have convenient and safe access to the venue.

Our booking process is simple and straightforward:

2. Visit: We’ll schedule a private tour for you to experience the space.
3. Confirm: Once you’re ready, we’ll send over a booking contract.
4. Secure: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

Yes, we provide access to standard electrical outlets for basic needs such as sound systems, lighting, and catering equipment. For any high-demand equipment, such as that for a large band or extensive production, we recommend discussing the hire of a generator
